Summer Vacations
Maria Alm and its close neighbour Saalfelden are a
fantastic base for summer holidays. Some of the activities to be found there include: Outdoor
pool and fitness centre, mountain
biking, golf (on your doorstep!), tennis, archery, paragliding,
adventure park, hill walking and Nordic fitness with 250km of well
marked paths!
Within a 30 minute drive of Maria Alm, other
activities include: summer skiing (Kitzsteinhorn glacier 3000m),
windsurfing and sailing can be found at Kaprun and Zell am See,
respectively.
The
region enjoys fantastic summers with temperatures up to 30 degrees, and
with the clear mountain air it creates a very healthy atmosphere for you
to enjoy your holiday outdoors.

guided walks, white water rafting, Canyoning, canoeing and hydro speeding, all
